Kevin Couhig, a natural storyteller, has ventured into the realm of fiction with his debut novel, "A Man For Others." He is diligently crafting his second literary work, "If One of Them Is Dead." Prior to his writing pursuits, Couhig had a notable career, serving as the inaugural Parish President of West Feliciana, leading Source Capital as the Founder & Chief Executive Officer. He was the Chairman of the Board of PreSonus Audio Electronics until 2021. A graduate of St. Francisville High School and Georgetown University, he contributed to Louisiana's development as Chief of Industrial and Economic Development.
Alongside his professional endeavors, Couhig is rooted in family life, supported by his wife, Claire. They have raised five sons and now cherish the joy of four grandchildren. Despite his busy schedule, Couhig remains deeply engaged in his passions, embracing the outdoors as an avid hunter, nurturing his love for music, and displaying unwavering dedication as a soccer enthusiast and coach.
Weekends find him immersed in various pursuits, from fervently cheering on Liverpool Football Club, Wycombe Wanderers FC, and LSU Football to attending his grandchildren's sporting and musical performances. Amidst the flurry of activities, he manages to indulge in a few cherished duck hunts each year, balancing his diverse interests with a zest for life.
